Description

Like already said in #10646, arrows that allows to expand the submenus should be hidden under no-js mode. This is more a cosmetic issue since that do not change the behavior. I provides a patch for that.

I disagree, cause then you don't know where there are submenus.

Under no-js mode you dont need this information since that the submenus are automatically expanded .Let the arrows in this mode does not make sense.
