Description

In the footer of wordpress.org support forums ​http://wordpress.org/support/ please add "powered by bbPress" link that goes to ​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress/

Additionally, in the general wordpress.org site footer, in the "See also" area, please add a "bbPress" link that goes to ​http://bbpress.org/

I don't think this is necessary. Particularly since the plugin does not power anything on WordPress.org yet.

Agree. Once bbPress 2.x is used .org wide it will make more sense to cross-link the projects more.
