Description

If you enable all the formatting toolbar buttons by clicking "Show/Hide Kitchen Sink" in the editor toolbar, the button doesn't remain active when you save a post or otherwise return to the editing screen.

Tested back to 3.2, probably occured since forever.

Fixed at some point prior to 3.8.

Could not reproduce in 3.2 or 3.3 either.
