They are far from simple screens but there is no help available for them.

Not sure I fully understand which Media screens you're referring to. There are help tabs on the media list view and the edit attachment UI screens, see here: ​http://cl.ly/image/1N352b2o3w0K and here: ​http://cl.ly/image/1Q152N2B2g3y

Are you referring to the media modals?

sorry, yes the modal windows used in media insertion and gallery manipulation.

I've updated the screenshot for better understanding.

To provide helpful information for this modal, we need to figure out if there is an issue in the first place. I suggest asking the Support team for an opinion if there are difficulties for users or not and what information can be provided.

I've followed the Support team conversation, and they don't see any particular problems with Media upload which can be solved with the Help.

@mark-k, does it look from your point of view that Media upload modal still needs help info? If so, it needs to be more specific about what kind of information needs to be provided / particular elements which are behaving in a way that needs clarification.

If there will be no addition information on the subject, I am suggesting to close the ticket.
