nav-menus.php page do not show IF theme does not support menus

Description

Problem: The 'Menus' page do not show.

Solution: To show the menu page if theme does not support menus.

Because if there is no Menus page we can not create/edit menus.
If the theme does not support menus we can add a menu with a Widget from 'Widgets' page.
Big problem, I think the modification was recently added into RC...

Are you sure you don't have a conflict somewhere else? Because I get this when there are no registered nav menu areas: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/raw-attachment/ticket/27731/Screen%20Shot%202014-04-09%20at%2010.10.49%20AM.png

The page is clearly enabled when widgets OR menus are enabled. Closing out.

The problem is that the Menus page do not show if both of these apply:

  • The theme does not support menus
  • Theme does not support widgets

So yes, I have not described the problem as completely, missing one part.

After all I think this works as expected. If the theme have widgets support then the Menus page display...
