I grabbed the 4.0 Beta 1 to play around on one of my test sites. I was using my brother's Samsung Notebook for this task, which is has a really small screen.

With the large banner appearing the the pop-up window, it's really hard to see the rest of the stuff. And viewing the screenshots of the plugin is even more annoying.

I think the banner should be scroll-able in for small displays. Attaching the image with this ticket :)
