Editor tabs not displaying correctly after cycling between Visual and Text.

When switching from Visual to Text in the editor then back again, after two cycles of switching back and forth the tab background appears to have Text selected, even if Visual is active.

The editor was empty. Windows 7 with Chrome. I'm at work now, but am unable to replicate it with Firefox and Chrome on Linux Cinnamon.

On the Windows Machine, I tested 3.9.2 and the issue did not exist.

I did not observe this bug on Chrome 36/Mac OS while working on #29226.

Can't reproduce in Chrome, FF and IE on Win7. Perhaps was caused by one of the editor-expand iterations, now fixed.

Closing as worksforme for now, feel free to reopen with steps to reproduce.
