Login counter not working

Description

The user login counter on the users page is not counting new logins.
After accessing the admin area several times I noticed that the counter no longer changes.
I also know that other users have accessed the area, but their login counter is at 0.

WordPress core doesn't count user logins, so this functionality must be provided by a plugin installed on your site. You should determine the plugin in question and then contact the plugin author.
