Description
Pre 4.0 WordPress would automatically focus the cursor on the "Search Plugins" input field when navigating to the "Add Plugins" admin page. For whatever reason, this functionality has been removed from 4.0, and should be re-added unless there is a UX reason not to. This is handy feature that saves a click for those who know what they want to search for, and presents no impediment to those who don't.
