Remove unnecessary comment avatar options

Description

There is no need for the Gravatar logo, Monster, Wavatar, or Retro comment options. This removes them and leaves blank, mystery, and identicon.

Mystery Man was changed to Mystery Person in [30089]. Apart from that, there's no plan to deprecate any of the Gravatar image options.
