Description
Upon posting via wp-mail.php on a vanilla WP 1.3-CVS of today, I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_insert_post() in /disks/ideraid1/web/saers.com/blog/wp-mail.php on line 145

I can't explain the fault experienced, but wp-mail does generate that error at present. See bug #410 for other wp-mail fixes.
