Descriptive text when adding new user on multisite needs updating

From Network Admin -> Users -> Add New, the descriptive text above the submit button is no longer accurate since the password was replaced with a link to reset your password in #32589.

Username and password will be mailed to the above email address.

Suggestions for a more accurate phrase?

Not sure if this sends a new password, or a reset link, but:

"Perfect! We've sent a reset link to the above email address."

Or,

"Perfect! Your new password is on its way to the above email address."

Can we use the string from the single site add user screen?

33175.diff​ changes the two user-adding instances (same as single site). When creating a new site, a password is still sent, and it’s too late for 4.3, so I'm leaving this text alone.
