Description

No longer needed in iOS 9.x. Was added in [28626] nearly two years ago, see #28242.

Fixes some visual glitches/regressions with the caret in the editor.

TinyMCE: remove the iframe expansion CSS fix for iOS Safari. Not needed in iOS 9.x. Fixes visual glitches with the caret.

Fixes #35939.
