I think the subject Login Credentials could be simplified to improve understanding and be more user friendly. Some ideas I've had are:
- Login Details
- Account Details
- Username and Password
- WordPress Login
Credentials is a $10 word when a 10 cent word will do.

Thanks, @peterwilsoncc. I don't mind Login Details
. 37940.diff has that change.
The patch has two changes.
The first merges two similar strings "[%s] Notice of Password Change" and "[%s] Password Changed".
The other is just to standardize the email subjects, removing the "Notice of" prefix.
