Text change when activating a theme

Description
When switching themes, after activating we see:
New theme activated. Visit site
/wp-admin/themes.php, L.168
Because it needs not to be a NEW theme, I suggest the following:
Theme changed and activated succesfully.

I think it refers to the "new theme" as opposed to the previous ("old") one, it doesn't necessarily mean that the theme was just installed.
