Force post name uniqueness if a page with the same post name already exist

Description
If I create a post with the same title as a page then the post permalink is basically a link to that page.
I think that it would be best if you force post names to be unique in this case. This is important especially if you're letting other users to create posts who might not be aware of existing pages with the same title.
I don't see how adding this would break anything as either way no one would want to have a post and page with the same post name.
