Can be great if an user can open a ticket from the App, and, the App can send some diagnostic data too.

Hi there! WordPress already links to the support forums throughout WP Admin e.g. in the W menu and in the Help tab. Anything more than a link would require sending telemetry which we're not willing to do, see #38418.

Clarified with reporter that this was meant for the mobile apps and have directed them there.
