Description
when there are available 4 updates: 1 wp core update, 2 plugins updates ans 1 theme update -- then in public area there's a notification about 3 updates available, while in the same time in admin area -- about 4 ones.
wp version 4.9.8. i know i should upgrade before i post a ticket. but if i upgrade, there will be no updates available! this requirement contradicts with reproducing the bug!
