Angle brackets enclosing hyperlink in New User registration email

Description

Hello!

When a new user registers, they receive a confirmation email with a link to set up a password and a link to the admin access page.

Unfortunately, the hyperlinked URL for the password page is enclosed with angle brackets.
(The hyperlink for the admin access page did NOT have angle brackets enclosing it)

If the recipient of the email has to copy the link and paste it into their browser to access the page, the brackets effectively disable the link. (The recipient has to be cognizant of this and remove the brackets to get the link to work).

Exact copy of the email I received below… (Quotation marks added by me to set off the text)

“To set your password, visit the following address:
<https://james.clemments.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=SLoOmv7m3318Pf6ZSdEi&login=ralph2>

https://james.clemments.com/wp-login.php

Odd, too, that only one of the hyperlinks is enclosed by angle brackets.

Thanks!
