Description
paragraph (and other) block(s) causes error to not show self and sometimes a few block below as well (and other odd behaviors) when attribute to "open target link in new window" is first toggled on in visual editor when creating new block. Work around for now is to toggle off link attribute, update and toggle back on, then update again.
