Button text type when editing a comment

Description

When editing a comment in wp-admin the button to update says "Update How" instead of Update Now.

As per attached screenshot.

(on latest WordPress 5.3)

Hi @tchburn, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

I could not reproduce the issue on a clean install. The buttons says "Update Comment" there, see 48724.png​ and the corresponding line in wp_comment_reply()​.

Are you using a localized version of WordPress or a custom translation?

Can you help me to reproduce it? I have checked, but not found the button says 'Update How' while I was doing quick edit.

@tchburn It seems your WordPress language is different than English so can you please tell us which language you are using for your WordPress setup?
