file a complaint into support - it is not possible.

Description

It is not possible to file a complaint in support and it is not possible. I clicked through 5 pages with instructions on how to write support. And I'm still at the beginning.
There are so many mistakes that I would like to write at least 10 reports, but there is nowhere to write it.
