permalink not correct in rtl arabic language with parent page

Description

Hi, I have multi language wordpress website in this website I have pages which belong to parent page ,which meas the permalink should be example.com/parent/child-name
but currently the permalinks in Arabic language
example.com/child-name/parent
How can I solve this issue some people suggest to add English character to child name but this is not good for SEO could you please help to solve this issue .
