Description
It's still a thing that the arguments post_modified and post_modified_gmt within the docs of https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_insert_post/ aren't working.
It has already been discussed way earlier on Stackexachange: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/224161/cant-edit-post-modified-in-wp-insert-post-bug
I suggest the parameters to be removed from the docs of wp_insert_post() or if that's not possible, it should be mentioned that they don't work as expected.
I reconfirmed the issue with WP 5.4
