Special characters in Theme Name in "Add Themes" page

Description

A lot of themes has special characters e.g. & in their name. It doesn't look good when those are being replaced in the "Add Themes" page with their Character Reference counterpart like &.

This patch aims to fix the issue.

Hi there!

Thanks for the ticket and patch. 50556.diff patch working fine for me one theme install page.

But same issue happen in customize theme install.
