Like upper image it convert url link into <p> tag.

The linked image doesn't seem to exist, so it's not quite clear what the ticket is referring to.

Could you add a new image and perhaps provide the steps to reproduce the issue on a clean install?

Hi @tfarzan007, it does seem that the second image isn't found as well. Can you try to host the image else where, and then share the link?

There are no cases in the code where the lost password link is wrapped conditionally, although there is a filter lost_password_html_link that could conceivably be used by an extender to modify the output, including removing the link. It's unused directly by core, and exists only for extending the login form, however.

Based on what we know from this ticket, my suspicion is that this is a 3rd party problem. With minimal follow-up, I think it's best to close it.

Feel free to re-open if you have more details. Uploading images directly to the ticket is the best way to ensure that they remain available for future reviewers.
