Description
Hi, I just discover that
Wordpress Core Iframe Lazy Load Broke Paypal Smart Button After Filling Info (shipping info, billing info etc) on lastest Chrome on Android (not tested on other device and browsers, window worked fine).
I disable WP core lazyload and problem go away.
Paypal smart Button broke like this:

Plugins affects (developed by WP and Woo)
1.WooCommerce PayPal Payments
- WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway
- WordPress newest version (enable iframe lazyload in core)
Please investigate and FIX ASAP. Its affects MILLIONS OF SITE, customer cant not make payment on mobile.

Welcome to Trac! I see that you discovered the problem still occurs when lazy-load on iframes is deactivated, so I'll close this ticket.
Please reopen it, however, if the plugin authors find a WordPress core bug that causes the broken buttons.
