Description
The "Title" field is missing in block widget area for "Category" widgets (both products & pages), missing from "Latest Post" widget, AND missing from "Custom HTML" widget. Other widgets still have the "Title" field. Not sure if this was intentional or got overlooked... : (

Why hasn't this been reviewed yet? the issue was raised 5 weeks ago (and the related issue 7 weeks ago), and has been reported by several people (including myself now), and this is now blocking something I'm trying to get deployed.
What's the hold up? This is a bug that needs fixing urgently.

- Milestone changed from 5.8.2 to Future Release
Since there's no working patch yet and 5.8.2 RC is due out soon, I'm going to punt this to a future release.
