Cannot enter custom hex value with highlight

Description
When highlight is applied to selected text, a custom hex value cannot be applied. The value can't be changed.
Steps: install WP Beta Tester Plugin
-Upgrade to nightly build
-Edit sample page
-Select some text
-Click the down arrow icon, select Highlight
-Click the transparency grid section
-Click the Show detailed inputs icon
-Try to type in a new hex value
