Twenty Twenty(RTL): paragraph alignment not working as expected

Description

This is a replica of ​https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/63625

Steps:

  1. Activate Twenty-Twenty on your site
  2. Change the site language to a RTL language like Hebrew
  3. Create a new page or post
  4. Add a parapgraph block with text, set the alignment to 'Right'
  5. View the page or post, the theme CSS sets the text to text-align: left

I can confirm this doesn't happen with Twenty Twenty-one.
