The menu messages rework

Compared to the page message after a page has been created or updated, the menu messages can be reworked

This can be similar to the Pages created, updated message

When compared to saving other posts, the menu message can be updated to match the others, ie pages and posts.

@254volkan Thank you for the update. When a post or page is published or updated, there is a front-end available on link of view page/view post that allows us to view the entity's appearance. However, in the case of menus, there is no front-end view to display. So, what should we include as the view menu link? Additionally, if we intend to land on the menu edit page, that behavior is already the default.
