Hello there, have you tried disabling your plugins one by one to see if the problem goes away or still exists? Since, sometimes a badly installed plugin can cause this behavior.

Hi @jaagofoundation

Please follow the comment of @NekoJonez

Remember to clear the server cache each time after deactivating the plugins to find the culprit plugin.

Hi @nelchee, thanks for your report, and sorry to hear about your issue. This does seem isolated to your environment, and we might need additional info to help you out, or to point out the issue. Here's what you can do:

  1. Try changing the theme to a default one, and check if that resolves the issue.
  2. Try to deactivate all the plugins, and check if that resolves the issue.
  3. If nothing from above helps, please try to open the editor, and right-click, and open the browser console. There, click on "Console", and check if there's any JS error being reported. If yes, please share the screenshot here.

Also, if your site is a non-English version, please try reverting to English, and see if that helps. (as a Warning got triggered on your class-wp-locale,php

I also confirm the issue, but in my brief investigation, it appears to be related to my service provider's (Site Ground) configuration. Everything works as expected in my local environment, which I have been testing with 6.4 for a while. But in the hosted environment, the reported problem appears even after deactivating all the plugins one by one.

After clearing the CloudFlare cache the new page / new post interface it available. But I'm still having an issue with the media page (grid view) and I have to do some more testing to see what's up with that.
The warning notice remains even when all the plugins are deactivated.

It's a live site that's getting lots of traffic so I don't want to mess with the theme right now. But when I do a more proper testing if the issue remains I'll make a more detailed report.

This website does not have a non-English version, nor any kind of translation plugin. I have no idea what's causing that error. The line in question refers to some kind of date function. Perhaps a date setting in WordPress could be affecting it. I'll try changing it and see what happens when I have the time.
