Description
In all themes, a link is added to the site title in the header and footer. However, the Twenty Twenty-One theme does not have a link added to the site title.

Yes, Twenty Twenty-One intentionally removed the link to the homepage when the visitor is already on that page.

There is a link to the homepage, but only if you are not already on the homepage. That is by design.
