Media & Text block is not stacking text first on mobile when text is on left

Description
I am using the 2024 theme and 6.4.1 I used a media & text block and wanted the text to show first when on mobile.The image kept showing on top. I was not able to get it to show properly. I was at a meetup 11/21 and two other people tested it and they had the same outcome. Please let me know if you need more information or I need to adjust my choices below.
