I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue encountered on my website, https://sanaalnaseemcs.com/. When attempting to upload images to the WordPress Media Library, the upload is successful, but the thumbnail is not generated. This makes it challenging to select and use the uploaded images appropriately.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to the WordPress admin panel.
Navigate to "Media" and then "Add New."
Choose an image file for upload.
Observe that the image uploads successfully, but the thumbnail is not generated.
Expected Result:
The image should upload successfully, and a thumbnail should be generated for easy identification in the Media Library.

Actual Result:

The image uploads, but the thumbnail is not generated, causing difficulty in identifying and utilizing the uploaded image.

Additional Information:

The issue seems to be inconsistent.
It is not limited to specific file types or sizes.
Various browsers and operating systems are affected.

Hello! Thank you for your report @gesabeja are you still experiencing this issue? We've not been able to replicate it and havent seen any other reports. It would make sense that you see the same result on multiple operating systems given the image generation is happening on the server.

If you are still seeing this could you please provide us with information about your server configuration?

If you could disable all plugins on the site and use the /wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=debug to provide the content of the "Media Handling" section, we can better attempt to reproduce it. Thank you!
