Description

I have reviewed this "Quote" block and found its left-border color not displaying properly in the admin.

Here, I have attached its video for better understanding.

Device: Macbook M1
OS: 14.2.1 (23C71)
Browser: Google Chrome
Version Version 120.0.6099.129 (Official Build) (arm64)
WordPress version: 6.4.2 running, Gutenberg 17.3.0, Theme active: Twenty Sixteen
