The hotkey "ctrl+shift+v" (insert without formatting) has recently stopped working in the editor.
Can you tell me if there are plans to fix this error? Because of this, it is impossible to use the editor normally now...

With the mentioned environment details I am able to insert content without formatting using hotkey ctrl+shift+v.

Please try to insert without formatting not into an empty block, but into a block where there is already data. At the same time, all my data is cleared, and just the data is inserted as in your gif
