possibility to display in the editor some options open by default

Description

Hello,
I would like to have the possibility, when developing a theme, to choose to display in the editor some block options open by default.
For example, in the Settings tab, I would like to be able to have the "Advanced Settings" open by default.
In the same way, in the Styles tab I would like to be able to choose in Dimensions or Typography certain options open by default.
