Description
Hi the Vimeo Element is not working properly regarding positioning.

It´s regardless of the theme or plugins and should be reproducable in all WP Environments with latest Version.

I am not actually able to replicate any issues with this without more information, so for now going to close but that doesn't mean we can't report on the GitHub repo with more details. Should you be able to clarify more please open a new issue on the github repo.

The video link is a 404, I am not able to determine what is being reported.
Please remember that there are are contributors with visual impairments that may not be able to see the content of videos, so there needs to be a text-only description.
If this is related to a block (the video block?), then the problem needs to be reported in the Gutenberg GitHub repository instead, where issues related to blocks and the editors are managed.
Please search the repository before opening a new issue. Once the issue has been moved to GitHub, this ticket can be closed.
