Favicon - Loading speed problem

Description

Hello,

I have a performance problem with my favicon.
It's a 512 x 512 pixel PNG image with a total weight of 1Kb.

So there doesn't seem to be a problem there, but when I do a site performance test, the favicon takes 1.5 seconds to load, which is huge.

According to my site's theme (Kadence), this is a known WordPress problem. Does anyone have a solution?
