In 2.7, the category search at /wp-admin/categories.php fails to find subcategories.

That is, if you have a category "Fudge" with a child category "Chocolate", no substring of "Chocolate", nor the word itself, returns any results using the category search.

Yep, I can confirm this is broken too. Just tried it on my end. It finds parent categories, but not subcategories.
