I just noticed that the major changes section does not have list in chronological order. I feel that it should be in that order.

Hi @rohan.vakharia, thanks for reporting this! I've fixed that section in that handbook so it is now in chronological order.
We're working on a better way to report documentation issues, but for now, a better place to file a ticket for something like this would be Meta Trac.
