Description
I am receiving a error message which says:
Failed to load plugin: wplink from url http://myurl.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wplink/plugin.min.js
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try accessing that file directly with the browser. If you cannot, upload another copy (from freshly extracted install package) with FTP (that will also reset the filesystem permissions). If still no good, contact your web host.
