Description
Quote block Styles Layout option is not working in twenty seventeen as its working in other themes.

Original issue has been resolved but there is not proper padding in block quotes.

- Resolution changed from invalid to wontfix
This may be unexpected when people try the other Style option, but both styles are exactly the same. The default option, which probably most people have used, must remain without the border.
The ticket for Twenty Twenty-One's Quote block styles is closed as 'wontfix', and this should have the same decision (if that is reconsidered, we can reopen this too).

After applying this patch , this issue is resolved
