Description

When i disable some WordPress plugin but want to leave it available for the future (not delete it), i would like to write a note with the reason why this plugin is there so later i know why it is disabled or why it is available. Hello and welcome to Core Trac.

Have you tried a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-notes-label/?

Such feature sounds like plugin territory.
