Update Twemoji for 5.6

A new version of Twemoji (​v13.0.1) has been released. This includes some bug fixes.

This slipped under my radar. Let's get it in for 5.6.

It looks like this update is entirely comprised of updated artwork. Some of the changes do not alter the meanings of the Emoji, but I was torn on the difference between the kneeling people Emoji.

I asked a few people if they felt the meaning of the kneeling Emoji changed between the top (current) and bottom (13.0.1). Most of the feedback I received indicated that the meanings were quite different. I'm going to advocate for a fresh folder on the CDN to ensure everyone receives the updated Emoji imagery on update.

51356.diff​ updates the Twemoji version in Core, but is dependent on the 13.0.1 folder being pushed to the CDN with ​this release's artwork.

This release fixes minor issues with 8 different Emoji and revises the person/woman/man kneeling Emoji to be in a more obvious kneeling position.
